WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

My clinic is in Stricklandgate House, in the centre of Kendal, opposite the post office/McDonalds! There is a reception area at the entrance. If you let the receptionist know when you arrive, I will then come down to meet you and show you to the room

IS THERE ACCESSIBLE ACCESS?

My treatment room is on the second floor. There are 4 flights of stairs or a lift for your convenience. There is level access at the back of the building if you require it.

DO YOU ACCEPT CASH OR CARD?

Whatever is easiest for you. I have a card reader at the clinic for your convenience. You can also pay by bank transfer or cash if you prefer.

WHAT DO I WEAR?

Anything you feel comfy in…leggings or joggers are usually a good idea. I will only need access to the areas we are working on. You will be covered by towels throughout the treatment and I will leave the room whilst you get on and off the massage table, only entering the room when you are ready. There are also blinds on the window for your privacy.

WHAT PRECAUTIONS ARE YOU TAKING WITH COVID-19?

I fully sanitise equipment, use freshly laundered towels and sheets for every client and ventilate the room between clients. I waiver my cancellation policy for any cancellations due to covid symptoms. I also regularly check myself for covid and would cancel any appointments if I have any symptoms.
